Update the chrome logo and background for the Chromecast media player

1. We show the old logo.
2. The halo in the background is noticeable - either need a higher resolution asset or should remove it.

The current assets are here:

- Bg: https://www.gstatic.com/chrome/android/castreceiver/background.png


We need some UI person to prepare the assets and I can update them on gstatic.com

Yes. Where does one encounter this UI? Can you include a flow or test-UI I can access?

One needs to cast from Clank to encounter the UI in question on their Cast device - it's the Chrome logo on a gradient background that shows up on the Cast device while the Cast player is loading. See the assets above.
