Can you please provide the information requested in comments 1 and 3? Without it, we don't know enough about the problem to investigate and we'll need to close the issue.

Archiving to due to lack of followup. FTP servers don't use a standard directory listing format, so without more information, we can't figure out why we couldn't parse the format used by that particular server. |
