Could you please provide more details about the issue, error details, Chrome version, OS version that would help in triaging the issue from our end.

able to open ftp://ftp.freenet.de/pub/filepilot/ in Mac OS X 10.12.4, Win 7 using Chrome Stable 57.0.2987.133, Canary 60.0.3073.0

@pajerog...: When you respond to c#1, could you also provide a network internals dump (see http://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details) taken while the issue is being reproduced?  Thanks much in advance.

Can you please provide the information requested in comments 1 and 3? Without it, we don't know enough about the problem to investigate and we'll need to close the issue.

Archiving to due to lack of followup.  FTP servers don't use a standard directory listing format, so without more information, we can't figure out why we couldn't parse the format used by that particular server.
