HTMLMediaElement::CurrentPlaybackPosition warns that readyState is >= loadedmetadata

it's always four.

I've build content_shell in Debug mode on linux on d8ade60fbe0ea954ecd5f186c36e6d0ac045c28c and navigated to https://www.youtube.com/tv?loader=setshi

Hmm, seems like a bug where ready state isn't being reset after webMediaPlayer() is destroyed? +sandersd@ who I thought had a similar bug out.

Indeed, this is probably the same as issue 674716. Potential solutions are being discussed in https://codereview.chromium.org/2616803002/.
