Texts are rendered without anti-aliasing on Windows

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3067.6 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install Chrome Dev 59. 2. Open a page using a font without hinting. 3. See the texts. What is the expected behavior? Texts are rendered with anti-aliasing. What went wrong? Chrome Dev 59 renders texts without anti-aliasing. Screenshots of texts in Chrome 59 and 57 uploaded (Captured in Windows 10 1703). Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Not sure but it should worked in Chrome 58 and before. Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3067.6 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Antialiasing on google.com for CJK should be restored in 60.3074. Would you be able to confirm? Thanks.
