Regression:Focus highlight is not proper in Add Languages of md-settings |

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings 2.Go to Languages and hit on Add Languages 3.Observe the focus by clicking mouse on each language. What is the expected behavior? Focus highlight is not proper. What went wrong? Focus highlight should be proper. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 57.0.2987.110 Channel: n/a OS Version: 14.04 Flash Version: This is a Regression issue broken in M-58. Unable to reproduce this issue consistently on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest dev #59.0.3069.0 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. keerthana.v@ If you able to reproduce this issue consistently, could you please provide the bisect info from your end. Thanks!
