Issue descriptionUserAgent: 59.0.3069.0 Dev OS:Windows Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings 2. Change the font size to Very Large and navigate to Auto-fill Settings. 3. Click on Add Button beside credit cards and Observe near expiration date(kindly refer screen shots). What is the expected behavior? Numbers in Date dropdown should not be chopped. What went wrong? Numbers in Date dropdown is seen chopped. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3069.0 Channel: dev OS Version: Flash Version: This is a regression issue broken in M-59. Manual Bisect info: =================== Good Build:59.0.3068.1 Bad Build:59.0.3069.0 will soon update linux behaviour.

Able to reproduce the issue on the latest canary(59.0.3069.0) on Mac OS 10.12.3 as well. Marking this as Stable blocker as this is recent regression.

Able to repro the issue in latest M-59(59.0.3071.9) and M-60(60.0.3074.0). Attached screen cast for reference and re-assigning the issue. @dpapad: Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner.

Confirmed that I can still repro this with Very Large fonts on a CrOS device (pixel).

Note: This issue goes away if we forgo the custom arrow image. FWIW I think that a blank background with the default arrow image would be fine and much easier to support / maintain.
