Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click on any link on the page 2. Scroll down with mousewheel (on the current page) before the new page is loaded What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Scrolling with mousewheel freezes after the new page is loaded. To fix scrolling I have to close and open the whole tab. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Tested this issue on Windows 7 using reported chrome version stable # 57.0.2987.133 & latest chrome version # 58.0.3029.81 by following steps mentioned below and Unable to re-pro this issue. Re-pro steps: 1. Click on any link on the page 2. Scroll down with mouse wheel on the current page before the new page is loaded other.freewall@ Could you please find the attachment and confirm if anything is missed in triaging the issue. Please try to upgrade to latest stable 58.0.3029.81 and update the thread if issue still exists. Thanks!

@jbanavatu: The link you are clicking on and opening page has to be in the same TAB (without target="_blank"). Btw: chrome version 58.0.3029.81 fixed this problem.
