(forgot to add) This also covers round-tripping the bytes back to storage - not sure if that constitutes a separate workitem from IDB's perspective.

[IndexedDB] Hold referenced to IDB::put blobs in the IDBRequest

Since blobs can die during transit (pending mojo change), we can prevent
this by holding onto the blob handles in the IDBRequest until we get the
response back from the browser.

Agree, closing. We decided not to do IndexedDB support for caching WASM modules.
