More accurate print preview for PDFs

Project Member Reported by thestig@chromium.org, Apr 12 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57
OS: Desktop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Take the attached PDF with mixed paper orientation. (Or another one with mixed paper size)
(2) Print Preview
(3) Select a printer as the destination.

What is the expected result?

The print preview should reflect what will come out on paper. i.e. With "portrait" paper in a tray, page 2 will be auto-rotated to fit the paper orientation.

What happens instead?

The print preview is displayed as is. i.e. page 1 is portrait, page 2 is landscape.
