Dragging a value from one input to another then undoing the change doesn't change the input's value in javascript

Reported by j...@vokke.com.au, Apr 12 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have 2 input's present (Tested text, but also present for email type)
2. Drag the value from one input (Input A) to another (Input B), they can be different types.
3. Undo change via Keyboard (Control/CMD + Z)
4. Read the value of Input B.

Input B visually has changed, but the javascript API still has the value of input A (Or which portion you had dragged in).

What is the expected behavior?
The value should remove the contents from Input B that were dragged from Input A

What went wrong?
The javascript API doesn't return the value that the user can see.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

This is present in canary build.
