Hmm, interesting, if I launch the browser from the default shortcut I've always had and was installed by default, the issue happens but if I open the browser from the 'setup.exe' file in AppData\Local\Google\Chrome SxS\Application\59.0.3068.1\Installer, the chrome://welcome-win10/ screen shows up asking to set default browser and pin the icon. Clicking continue opens the browser but it is completely blank and no account is signed in. Should I just sign in to the new browser and start using that shortcut instead? That seems problematic since it's located inside a version folder and the version will be changing often.

I am not seeing anything in crash server with the above client id.

nick.cipriani@: If this crash is listed under chrome://crashes, could you please attach also server id from there.
I looked under chrome://crashes and nothing shows up there even after I enabled crash reporting in the new, working chrome window. I did find 21 .dmp files in the User Data\Crashpad folder, all from today and yesterday. I have attached the most recent one, I hope it helps! If not, let me know what other data I can provide or where the proper crash reports would be saved.
