dbus_unittests no longer runs on the default set of linux_chromium_chromeos_* try bots

This patch https://codereview.chromium.org/2808983002/#ps1 passed on all the linux_chromium_chromeos_* try bots, because dbus_unittests didn't run on any of the bots.

Hopefully the test did run on linux_chromium_* try bots, hence the issue was caught.

IIRC, dbus_unittests used to run on some of the linux_chromium_chromeos_* try bots that are triggered by default with git cl try. Maybe some configuration was changed?
