Saved password info bar is not displayed after signup on valfre.com

Steps to reproduce:
1.  Launch chrome.
2.  Navigate to settings and login to an account with Password phrase
2.  Go to valfre.com
3.  Tap on “Sign up”
4.  Enter all fields
5.  Tap on “Register” 

Observed results:
 For account with password phrase -Saved password info bar is not displayed after signup on valfre.com

Expected results:
 For account with password phrase -Saved password info bar should be displayed after signup on valfre.com

Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: NA
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not Tested
