What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install the app located at chrome/common/extensions/docs/examples/api/desktopCapture in the source tree.
(2) Visit a web page which scrolls.
(3) Visit chrome://apps in another tab and launch the app.
(4) Use the app to cast the scrollable tab.
(5) Scroll away!

What is the expected result?
The tab looks the same as when I'm not casting.

What happens instead?
Every other frame is blank (just shows the background color). Very eye-hurting flickering.

I'm not sure if this is Mac-specific.
