What steps will reproduce the problem?

(0) Pair and connect an Xbox One S gamepad on OSX
(1) Open html5gamepad.com and press a button on the gamepad
(2) Press directions on the D-pad and observe the values displayed on the page

What is the expected result?

D-pad directions should be mapped to four digital button inputs, one for each cardinal direction.

What happens instead?

D-pad inputs are mapped to Axis 9.
