Samus does not recognize external display

Revision	0
Platform	9334.33.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus
Firmware Version	Google_Samus.6300.174.0

Monitor: DELL 2405PFW

using usbc to dvi adapter.

It was working a few weeks ago (not sure if it was 58 or 57). According to log,
chrome only see a signle (internal) display.

marcheu@, is there a recent regression?

Same issue with the latest beta:
58.0.3029.68/9334.42.0

However, the same adapter worked with DELL U2410.
