Year of birth filled on Sign up page is auto filled as username on Sign In page on tommyteleshopping.com

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome.
  2.  Open URL : tommyteleshopping.com --> Tap on Account --> Signing up
  3.  Fill up all the fields with valid data and tap on “Submit”
  4.  Tap on Account --> Log out 
  5.  Tap on Account --> Log on

Observed results:
Notice that year of birth filled on sign up page is auto filled in Sign In page.

Expected results:
Email ID / Username should be auto filled as username in sign in page.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Yes on 57.0.2987.132

Saving incorrect username is big problem on other platforms as well. The best solution so far is to use server-side suggestions. But server-side suggestion will be available yet on iOS after redesigning of browser part of Password Manager. Blocking on redesigning bug.
