This looks to be resolution specific and I am unable to repro the issue on 59.0.3067.0 on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 at resolution of 1920*1200. Unable to repro on Mac OS 10.12 as well(1440*900).

Checked the issue on latest linux 60.0.3082.0 dev and is still reproducible. Unable to do tool bisect as we are getting garbage text on print preview for above given range. Hence providing manual changelog. I still don't understand what is being chopped off. Looking at the two videos at the 15 second mark, the text on the page looks nearly identical. What am I missing?
