someone's listening to me and getting into my phone

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. turn on
2. speak and type
3. send text

What is the expected behavior?
PRIVACY

What went wrong?
MY TEXTS ARE BEING FOWARDED SOMEWHERE.  I CANNOT CHANGE ANY OF MY APP PERMISSIONS OR DELETE THEM, AND I WANT THEM CHANGED.  I DESERVE PRIVACY.

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

WHOEVER IS FOLLOWING ME AND LISTENING TO ME NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY. AND DONT LIE TO ME AND SAY NOONE IS

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This doesn't sound like a Chrome issue - Chrome doesn't manage texts or app permissions.
