What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) load the attached testcase

What is the expected result?
text-overflow ellipsing should occur before the floats, no text should overflow a float (the boxes with "FF").

What happens instead?
The red cases, which use line-height:1, are broken.  They are otherwise the same
as the green cases which works correctly.
