What is the bug or feature:
The great CL for blink rename caused compile failures, and we identified the culprit pretty quick. However, no revert was created in Gerrit, and no confirmation was sent to the code-review on Gerrit.

This is caused because the gerrit auth scope change (https://chromium.googlesource.com/infra/infra/+/ef15e3b70905d13f631ce70e679d1a5ab2ed4e7a) has not been deployed.
