Fixed pos scrolling bug on slack with Chrome 58 beta

The date is out of place when we start scrolling (see attached image).

The bug is fixed by https://codereview.chromium.org/2765503003 , so maybe we just need to merge that into M58.

It looks like a the fix in Issue 699137 was merged to M58 branch 4 days ago.  Should be in the next Beta roll.
