Misaligned text in bookmarks bubble (non --secondary-ui-md)

OS Version: 10.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click star to add a bookmark

What is the expected result?
Title aligned with "name" and "folder" labels.

What happens instead of that?
"Bookmark" is misaligned - see attached.

Not sure if this is a regression.
