Docking isn't working in Canary since a day or two

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download the latest version of Canary in Windows 8.1 2. Open developer tools. The window opens and docks to the right by default. 3. Try to undock it or left or bottom. What is the expected behavior? Docking works. What went wrong? Docking not working. Seems stuck at default. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3067.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 8.1 Flash Version:
