Cocoa browser: Add tests for Bookmark Bar RTL layout

The forthcoming Cocoa bookmark bar refactor includes RTL layout (behind the ExperimentalMacRTL) but RTL tests are omitted to keep the CL size manageable. This is a reminder for lgrey@ to follow up with tests.
