Password is not updating after resetting in Keychain skurlatov.livejournal.com

Issue description


Version: 58.0.3029.64 dev
iOS Version: 10.3
Device: iPad
URL:  skurlatov.livejournal.com
Steps to reproduce:
1.  Launch chrome.
2.  Go to  skurlatov.livejournal.com
3.  Tap on Forgot password
4. Navigate to the email

5. Tap on link to reset password

6. Enter old password & New password

7. User do not get Chrome password saving message & hence password is not updated in the key chain

8. In Login dialog, Choose the user name


Observed results:
Update password msg is missing. The password is not updated after password reset in Keychain. 

Expected results:
The password should be updated after password reset in Keychain

Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: NA
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not Tested
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: 52.0.1 (64-bit), Safari: Version 10.0.3 (12602.4.8)
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes, M-57
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes, M-58
Shared Auth bugs: Bug reproducible in SSO1/SSO2 apps? NA
Autofill bugs: Bug reproducible on Chrome desktop? Yes

Verified in 67.0.3395.0 Canary, iPad Pro iOS 11.3 Issue is not reproducible.
