If the user installs another app that supports our note-taking intents, we should show a prompt to let them set it as the default note-taking app. Some options:
* show prompt when the user installs the app
* show prompt the first time the user launches the app
* show prompt the first time the user uses a note-taking intent (could be Android intent picker)
