keyboard shortcut to Devtools Event Listeners

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open Devtools by pressing F12
2. this will by default points to Elements panel. 
3. the keyboard shortcuts here lists how to navigate main tabs in the Devtools

How to I get to the Elements subpanel "Event Listener"?

What is the expected behavior?
keyboard shortcut to Devtools Subpanel

No keyboard shorcuts

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

We have created a plugin (attached) that creates new panel to the Elements panel ("Redder") 
How to I get to the Elements subpanel "Redder"?

This is important for us, we have keyboard only user's using the plugin we created.
