ui causing glitches

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Go to https://bug.dev.instanty.io/
3. Click on checkbox, multiple times
4. Move mouse pointer around (or it will normally pop up by itself)

What is the expected behavior?
No glitching

What went wrong?
Random glitches to the UI appear.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.110  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

I am using markojs (http://markojs.com/). Unsure if that is causing this bug, separate bug report here: https://github.com/marko-js/marko/issues/663

Bug does not show up in ForeFox 55.0a1 (2017-03-24) (64-bit).
