Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3067.0 Revision e2ed4b4539b7a50d8be892e4437897b18c181c91-refs/heads/master@{#463157} OS: Windows(7,8,10),Linux 14.04,Mac(10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, open dev tools and navigate to Request blocking section in Console drawer. (2) Click on Add pattern and enter long text then click on Add button. (3) Observe the checkbox. Actual: Checkbox for added pattern is seen small in size. Expected: Checkbox should seen properly. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-59
