Background Fetch does not clear tag on failure |

Issue descriptionIf a resource fails to download in a background fetch, and you attempt to create a new bg fetch with the same tag it throws an exception: DOMException: There already is a registration for the given tag.

I think this should now be fine, so I'm marking this as fixed. There's still some discussion going on about the *when* here: https://github.com/WICG/background-fetch/issues/41 |
