need new chromium subdomains for logdog and milo |

Issue descriptionCurrent developers need to go to luci-logdog.appspot.com and luci-milo.appspot.com for logs and build results. It would be nice if they could stay on chromium.org, so could we have: * logs.chromium.org for luci-logdog.appspot.com * ci.chromium.org for luci-milo.appspot.com ? Thanks!
