Webcam stream freezes after calling start method of MediaRecorder instance.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://simpl.info/mediarecorder/ . 2. Click on Start Recording. 3. The webcam stream freezes, or go to step 4. 4. Click Stop Recording. 5. Wait a second, then click Start Recording. 6. The webcam stream freezes, or repeat steps 4 and 5 until it freezes. What is the expected behavior? The webcam stream should not freeze. When clicking Start Recording and Stop Recording, the UI should remain responsive to user input. What went wrong? There seems to be something wrong with how MediaRecorder manages calls to start and stop. This does not happen on my Android device though, only Chrome on Mac. Firefox on Mac seems to work fine too. Did this work before? Yes I think 56, was working in March. Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version:

Thank you, you tested it correctly and I see that it works on latest version of Mac. I think it must be something about Mac 10.11 and Chrome 57 together, which probably is a small percentage of market anyway. Feel free to close this if you have no further thoughts.
