stylesheet - not work

Did this work before? Yes in Chrome versions 59.0.3055.0 Canary and before - works correct

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 59.0.3066.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.4,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using Chrome canary 59.0.3067.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0.
This is Regression issue,broken in M59.
Manual Bisect:
Good Build—59.0.3055.0 -Revision(460255)
Bad Build— 59.0.3056.0 -Revision(460603)
