Spellcheck not working on some sites

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. goto this input 'Steps to reproduce the problem' in crbug.com -> new issue or Facebook chat 2. Make sure to have English and Swedish language added in the spellchecker. Browser language is in English. 3. Misspell something or "dsdfsdf" rightclick, on word and no spellchecker. You can't even change the spellcheck language. What is the expected behavior? Show spellchecker in rightclick context menu What went wrong? Spellchecker not working Did this work before? Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #57.0.2987.133 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the spellcheck option is enabled on both crbug.com and Facebook chats as expected. labobolink@ Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser, If issue still persists please check the same on chrome latest canary and kindly update the latest behavior. Thanks!
