UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. scanning with windows and Norton internet security
2. restarting my computer
3. blocking my location from being known

What is the expected behavior?
Having a safe Secure network to enjoy

What went wrong?
Froze up and had to restore my coputer

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 25

Can you please be more specific about precisely the steps you took. Particularly:

1. how did you block your location from being known
2. did you ever start Chrome in this process
3. what happened if/when you did start Chrome
4. when did your computer freeze
