Images dragged from a webpage all named download.jpg

Reported by okaphone...@gmail.com, Apr 9 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.54 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
Any

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Until recently images dragged from a webpage onto the Desktop would get the filename they have in the URL. Now they all get the name download.jpg or download.gif.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
This is rather annoying. Is there a reason why this has changed? And is it possible to restore the way it used to work?

Did this work before? Yes About a month ago it was OK.

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.54 Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4
Flash Version:

But it's not a problem. I'll switch to using Firefox or Safari.
