Flash Player's Mouse.hide(); does not work most of the times (randomly)

Reported by ericg...@gmail.com, Apr 9 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open this Flash game: https://www.plazmaburst2.com/fs.php
2. Press "Continue" once it's downloaded
3. You will notice double cursor once you are in menu that wasn't here before Chrome update.

What is the expected behavior?
Only one cursor should appear. System one must be hidden due to Mouse.hide(); call in game's AS3 code.

What went wrong?
Mouse.hide(); is being randomly ignored after Chrome's update. As the result two cursors appear - system one and in-game one.

Did this work before? Yes It worked week ago. I don't follow Chrome updates.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 25.0.0.127

Game has built-in extra Mouse.hide(); calls after user moves cursor for some seconds. Sometimes these extra calls result into cursor getting hidden. This is though is not how it should be.

its quite annoying to see the two cursors at the same time. I would like this to be fixed.

Issue seen on Windows 10 using an earlier version 50.0.2661.0 and FireFox 52.0.2 too has the same issue.
Could you please confirm if its working on other browser if so which browser.
