Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Press and hold mouse on link and begin dragging. 2. Begin a two finger scroll while dragging to scroll content while dragging the link. What is the expected behavior? Content should scroll while dragging link. What went wrong? Scroller gains inertia and will scroll when the drag is released if it's released quickly enough. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.4 Flash Version:

This is spec-compliant behavior, though I agree that we should allow it - the spec is probably being overly restrictive. We'll track in issue 642214. |
