CSS currentColor in (conic) gradient not picked up on hover

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open http://jsbin.com/pehozizifi/edit?html,css,output 2. Hover over the block or click checkbox What is the expected behavior? The background color is green What went wrong? The background color is red Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3066.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: We can used "border: 1px solid transparent;" fixed it. Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.4 with chrome #59.0.3066.0 Observed on hovering or clicking, the background color is changing into green. Attaching a screen-cast for reference. yiorsi@ could you re-try the same scenario on clean profile with no apps/extensions and let us know your observations. Thank You...
