Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Chrome
  2. Tap on member registration installppi.com
  3.Tap on “Register”
  4.  Enter all fields
  5.  Tap on “Register” button
  
Observed results:
Saved password info bar is not displayed after tapping Register button

Expected results:
Saved password info bar should be displayed after tapping Register button
