Text caret highlight can appear incorrectly. |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.51 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) OS: Chrome OS 9334.33.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) In settings, turn on "Highlight the text caret when it appears or moves" (2) Connect to displays - one above the other. (3) Open a long scrollable page with text fields on it (eg facebook) (4) Put text focus in a text field. (5) scroll down the page What is the expected result? Page should scroll with no weird effects. What happens instead? As the text caret moves up past the top of the window and (logically anyway) onto the second monitor the blue circle that highlights the caret appears on the upper display.
