Cannot enter password second time

1. On Login screen enter invalid password.
2. Warning is shown and that is expected.
3. Next try to enter valid password.
4. Warning is shown again and this is not expected. 
5. Repeat 3-4 several times
6. Full login screen is shown and now I am actually able to login.

PS. Not only I see this problem
