Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987 OS: Win10 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) go to newyorktimes.com (2) Add to desktop (menu > more tools > add to desktop) (3) Open nytimes through desktop icon What is the expected result? A new chrome window opens with newyorktimes What happens instead? A new chrome window opens with 2 tabs: unfocused NTP in the first slot, focused nytimes in the second slot
