When navigating through MD settings with NVDA, I hear "clickable" very frequently throughout. Sometimes I hear "clickable" before NVDA reads out the correct thing, and other times, I just hear "clickable" as I'm navigating linearly. An easy place to see an example of this is if you press the "flash" button and open that part of settings.
Same with Jaws. There might be something we need to do on the Chromium side for the "clickable" issue.
In addition, most settings are shown two or three times. The first time the setting's name is followed by "clickable", the second time it's the actual control you can interact with. This doesn't appear to be a Chromium issue. I believe it's because so many of these are buttons or toggles that are associated to the text to the left, so you hear the text, then navigate forward and hear the text again with the button or toggle being actionable. Not a deal breaker -- would rather have too much spoken feedback but have these things be associated vs. unclear. Just mentioning it.
