[MD Settings] Editable field verbalization discrepancy |

Issue descriptionOS: Windows Version: 59.0.3065.0 With NVDA, when I navigate linearly through settings (use down arrow), up at the top when I get to the search settings field, I just hear "edit". This is pretty unclear. However, when I press "E" to jump to next editable field, instead I hear "search settings edit", which is much more clear. Nektarios, any idea why this discrepancy exists? We believe the same think happens with Jaws and it might be on the Chromium side.
