Update Shim_TestExecuteScriptIsAbortedWhenWebViewSourceIsChanged after data URLs are blocked

Issue description

The tests are currently flaky (bug 703727) and will be disabled by crrev.com/2803813002.

Once data URLs are blocked, we should update these tests to not use data URLs. Doing that currently causes more flakes, so we should fix the flakes too.
