Saved password info bar is not displayed after filling sign up page on thehome.com.au

Steps to reproduce:
1.  Launch chrome.
2.  Go to thehome.com.au
3.  Tap on “Sign Up”
4.  Enter all fields
5.  Tap on “Sign Up” button
6.  A pop “thehome.com.au says: You are successfully registered!” --> Tap on “Ok”

Observed results:
Notice that saved password info bar is not displayed.

Expected results:
Saved password info bar should display.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Yes Safari : Yes
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes in M57
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes
