Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.54 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable the Material Design bookmarks through chrome://flags 2. Relaunch browser 3. Open Bookmark Manager What is the expected behavior? The new Bookmark Manager still has the drag/drop feature like the old one, which makes it easier to manage as well as organize links and folders. For example: you can drag the link to the existing or newly created folder as you wish, making it easy to browse bookmarked links and the bookmark list not so "overcrowded". What went wrong? The new Bookmark Manager does not have the drag/drop feature anymore, making it, ironically, more difficult to manage bookmarks. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 58.0.3029.54 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I don't know if this is part of the new Bookmark Manager design or a bug, but if it's the former then this report should be considered as a suggestion or feedback. I would love to use the new Bookmark Manager with clean interface as well as the feature like the old one.
