Unable to login into another Gmail account

Chrome Version       : Version 51.0.2704.63 (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : https://gmail.com
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have a gmail account already added in Chrome
(2) Try logging into another account by clicking the link 'Sign in with a different account'
(3) Redirects back to the same page, and unable to login into another account.

What is the expected result?
Gmail shows field to enter email address

What happens instead?
Gmail does not reset the container to enter email address, instead shows the same password prompt screen.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

@anusree: Thanks for filing the issue, Can you please try updating chrome to the latest stable version available . Just tried the same on Windows Machine (7, 10) with chrome version 57.0.2987.133 and was unable to reproduce it.
